DENTON, Texas (July 16, 2026) - Ten Texas Woman's STUNT student-athletes were named to the 2026 College STUNT Coaches Association (CSCA) Academic Honor Roll, matching the program record for the most Pioneers recognized in a single season.
To earn CSCA Academic Honor Roll recognition, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher and complete a minimum of 24 credit hours at their current STUNT institution. Honorees must also compete in all four quarters of STUNT competition, participate in at least 50 percent of games played and serve as a vital contributor to their team's success.
The Pioneers recognized are senior Anna Cheek, juniors Alicia Kenney and Jordan Mares, graduate student Brooke Speights, sophomores Julissa Cabrera, Tanith Chappie, NaKarla Arriola and Adora Rogers, along with freshmen Alex Jacobson and Ella Holdt.
Speights led the group with a perfect 4.00 cumulative GPA. Jacobson followed with a 3.88 GPA during her first season at TWU, while Rogers posted a 3.84 GPA.
Chappie earned a 3.78 cumulative GPA, followed by Holdt at 3.75, Arriola at 3.72 and Kenney at 3.70. Cabrera finished the academic year with a 3.64 GPA, while Cheek and Mares rounded out the group with cumulative GPAs of 3.57 and 3.54, respectively.
