DENTON, Texas (May 6) – The TWU softball team will face the #7 team in the nation, St. Mary's, in the 2015 NCAA South Central Regional Tournament on Friday, May 8, at 3:30 p.m.  The double-elimination tournament will be held at the Softball Stadium which is located inside The Park at St. Mary's in the heart of the St. Mary's University campus in San Antonio, TX.
 
Metro State and Regis will play the Regional's opening game on Friday at 1:00 p.m.  The winners of Friday's games will face each other on Saturday, May 9, at 12:00 p.m. for the right to advance to the Sunday's final while losers of Friday's games will face off in an elimination game at 2:30 p.m.  The final game on Saturday will feature the loser of 12:00 p.m. game versus the winner of 2:30 p.m. game.  The winner will advance to the Sunday's final while the loser will be eliminated.
 
The championship game on Sunday, May 10, is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. and the if necessary game is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
