DENTON, Texas (Mar. 8) –Due to heavy rain in the past 24 hours and more in the forecast for tonight the TWU softball doubleheader against St. Mary's scheduled for Wednesday, Mar. 9 has been cancelled.  There is no make-up date set for the games.
 
The TWU softball Faculty and Staff Appreciation Night, which is also scheduled for Wednesday, has been postponed to Tuesday, April 5 when the Pioneers host Oklahoma Christian.
 
TWU will return to action on Friday, Mar. 11.  The Pioneers will host Midwestern State in a four-game series on Friday and Saturday.
