DENTON, Texas (Apr. 22) – The TWU softball will close out the regular season at home when they host No. 1 West Texas A&M in a four-game series on April 22-23.  The Pioneers will play WT in doubleheader on Friday, April 22 at 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. and then wrap-up the series with two games on Saturday, April 23 at 2:00 and 4:00 p.m.

A $500 Housing Scholarship drawing will be held on Friday.  The drawing is open to the TWU residential students who have contracted for the Fall 2016 semester and must be present to win.  The first 100 TWU students will also get a FREE Dickey's Barbecue Pit pulled port sandwich on Friday.
 
On Saturday Senior Day Ceremony will be held between the doubleheader.
 
The TWU Athletics will also collect donations for Student Life Emergency Fund at the games to help the 16 students affected by the fire at TWU Lone Star Apartments on Wednesday, Apr. 20.
