CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (Mar. 19, 2016) – The TWU gymnastics team posted a 193.325 and finished third at the 2016 Midwest Independent Conference Championships on Saturday evening at Houck Field House in Cape Girardeau, MO.
 
Sophomore Schyler Jones led the Pioneers with two individual titles in all-around and on vault while sophomore Alyssa Kelly placed second on bars.
 
Lindenwood captured the team title for the second straight season with a 194.925 while the host Southeast Missouri State finished second with a 194.375.  Illinois State came in fourth with a 192.825 followed by Illinois-Chicago with a 191.325 and Centenary with a 188.825.

TUCSON, Ariz. (Mar. 15, 2014) – A season-high 48.950 on vault helped the TWU Pioneers to a 194.575 team score in a quad meet at #20 Arizona on Saturday evening. The Pioneers' best road score of the season placed them third in the four-team meet, behind the host Wildcats (196.425), #25 BYU (196.025) and ahead of Bridgeport (193.675).

DENTON, Texas (Feb. 5, 2017) - Texas Woman's University faced off against Midwest Independent Conference opponent Lindenwood University in their first conference matchup of the season with the Lady Lions recording a season-high team score of 194.125 and the Pioneers coming in with a 192.900 Sunday afternoon inside Kitty Magee Arena.
