TWU has compiled a 12-7 record in nonconference play this season, including a 5-5 mark against schools within the Heartland Conference. Nicole Nordie leads the LSC in hits (65) and batting average (.478) and is third in on-base percentage (.541). Abby Walker is tied for second in the LSC in batters struck out (104) and is sixth in both wins (13) and batters struck out looking (27).

Last Wednesday, TAMIU took game one of the series against 14^th-ranked St. Mary's before dropping the next two to bring their record to 14-27 and 8-7 in the Heartland standings to sit in fifth place. Brenda Parnin leads the Dustdevils in hits (39), RBI (15), doubles (5) and home runs (3).
