A&M-Kingsville grabbed three wins each at the Angelo State Invitational and the Runza Fall Classic hosted by Nebraska-Kearney and has gone 1-1 in LSC play with a loss to Eastern New Mexico and win over Western New Mexico. Lexi Wick ranks second in the league in hitting percentage (.376) and Haley Hutchinson is fifth (.320), while Casey Klobedans sits fourth is assists per set (9.31).

The Pioneers (7-17, 3-12 LSC) hit well around the Javelina defense by allowing just three blocks from the team that leads the league in per set average with 2.31.
