MEET NOTES - TWU VS. SEMO / TWU VS. LINDENWOOD

DENTON, Texas - The Texas Woman's University gymnastics team will return to action this weekend, heading to the state of Missouri for a pair of meets. TWU opens weekend play on Friday at Southeast Missouri with a 6:30 p.m. meet, while concluding the trip on Sunday with a 2 p.m. competition at Lindenwood. 

FOLLOW IT LIVE

• Live video will not be available for the meet at Southeast Missouri. SEMO is allowing for limited fan attendance, but fans must be on a team pass list or purchase a season ticket HERE for $20 (no individual event tickets will be sold). Live video and statistics will be available for the meet at Lindenwood, however, no spectators will be allowed. 

THREE THINGS TO KNOW

• This will be the second time for the Pioneers to see both of this weekend's opponents. TWU finished second in the tri-meet between the three schools on January 16. 
• Two Pioneers claimed or shared individual event titles during the season-opening competition, with Isabel Goyco finishing first on floor and Maddie Griffith finishing first on bars. 
• Griffith and Madeline Gose were honored by the Midwest Independent Conference for their performance in the season opener, with Griffith's career-high 9.850 on bars earning Performance of the Week and Gose's top-three finish on floor helping lead her to MIC Newcomer of the Week honors.
