ATHENS, Ga. - Junior Isabel Goyco turned in a 9.850 competing in the floor in this morning's Athens regional hosted by the University of Georgia. 

Competing as an individual, Goyco took part in the opening rotation of the session and competed alongside Georgia's Gymdogs. 

"I am incredibly proud of Isabel for her amazing performance today," said head coach Lisa Bowerman. "It is tough being here without your team, but she handled it all like the champion she is."

The Pioneers will return to action for the final team competition of the 2021 season, as TWU competes at the USAG National Championships on Saturday, April 10 and Sunday, April 11 in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
