SUN AND SOFTBALL
  • BEAUTIFUL DAY: The high in Denton, Texas today is 85 degrees, which means it's a beautiful day to play softball. In their last game, the Pioneers came out ready to respond in game one. They need to keep that starting energy high against the Rambelles in game one to get a win.
  • TIMELY HITS: The Pioneers scored two runs against LCU on Friday. Both of the runs came from singles. TWU was able to find the gaps at the right time to score runs. This will be critical against ASU on Sunday.
  • BE AWARE: In their last two games combined, the Rambelles hit five home runs. TWU will need to be aware of the Rambelles ability to hit the long ball and react accordingly to limit ASU's scoring abilities.
