DENTON, Texas (September 2, 2025) – Texas Woman's STUNT has announced the addition of Ashlee LeCompte as assistant coach for the Pioneers ahead of the 2026 season.
"I am so excited that TWU has invested in our program with the addition of a full time Assistant Coach," TWU Head Coach Leslie Allen said. "Ashlee and I have worked closely together since she was an athlete on the Stunt team at Vanguard University. She has already demonstrated her skills as an assistant coach! We are both very excited to be a part of the Pioneer Family!"
LeCompte joins TWU after a collegiate career at Vanguard University, where she competed on the STUNT team for four seasons. She was part of the 2021 NAIA National Championship team and later served as team captain in her junior year. Over her four-year career, LeCompte helped lead summer camps, participated in national recruiting events, and worked closely with prospective student-athletes through on-mat demonstrations and mentoring.
I am thrilled to be a part of the TWU STUNT program," LeCompte said. "This is an amazing opportunity and I look forward to leading them through this next season, getting to pour into each athlete, and taking this program to the next level!"
Beyond her athletic achievements, LeCompte brings experience in media, communication, and creative content. She recently completed a communications internship with Vanguard University's marketing department, producing digital content for social media campaigns. She also held a creative role with Furballz Grooming, managing graphics and Instagram engagement.
A native of Corona, California, LeCompte has 10 years of cheer experience, two years of high school STUNT, and has competed at the collegiate level throughout the entirety of her college career. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Communications: Technology & Emerging Media at Vanguard University in the Spring of 2025.
LeCompte joins a Pioneer STUNT program that has seen success in just four seasons. Under new leadership with Coach Allen and coming off back to back Lone Star Conference Tournament appearances, TWU is poised to make a strong impact on the national STUNT stage in 2026.
