Dear Soccer,

I could never have predicted how much you would have impacted my life. This sport gave me discipline before I understood it, resilience when I needed it most and the best support group I could ever imagine. There were many early mornings, tough losses, moments of doubt, but so much growth in between that made everything worth it. Every practice, every game and every season built a stronger and steadier version of me. Soccer was never just a sport, it was structure, it was community, and it was home for me.

As this chapter closes, the lessons and memories don't. The work ethic, grit, leadership, and love for competition will carry into whatever comes next. I will forever be so thankful for all of my experiences throughout this sport and I couldn't imagine doing it anywhere else. I'm so thankful for the person this sport has shaped me into, I will love and miss this team forever. 

Thank you for everything, I wish I could be #23 forever!!!!!
