DENTON, Texas (March 18, 2026) - Texas Woman's softball hosted the Oklahoma Baptist Bison for a midweek nonconference doubleheader at Dianne Baker Field on Wednesday afternoon. The Pioneers dropped the opener against the 14th-ranked team in the nation by a 10-6 score, but the bats would explode for their best offensive output of the season in a 20-4 win, their third against ranked opponents this season.
Randi Crawford recorded five strikeouts in three innings pitched, and Marissa Espinoza got the bats rolling with three runs on two hits for TWU (14-14, 10-6), but a four-run sixth inning for OBU (26-4, 12-0) would propel the visiting team to the win.
