Dear Artistic Swimming,

I guess this is a goodbye, but the kind of goodbye that does not feel real. All I can say for this 16 years is thank you. You have shaped me into the person I am today. You gave me joy, strength, and a sense of belonging I will carry with me long after I leave the pool. You taught me discipline when I wanted to give up, confidence when I doubted myself, and resilience when things didn't go my way. 

I am forever grateful for the people I met through you. My coaches and teammates became like a second family. They turned hard days into something worth it, and the best days into memories I will never forget. 

Thank you for pushing me past my limits and for helping me discover the person I truly am. Even though this chapter is ending, a part of me will always belong to you.  

So this isn't really goodbye—it's thank you, for everything.
