FULL FEAST
- WINNING QUARTERS– In the win over Southeastern, TWU outscored their opponent in the third and fourth quarter. They held Southeastern to just eight points in the fourth quarter to help lead them to the win. While winning the quarters seems obvious, limiting their opponents to less than 10 points would be grand in leading the Pioneers to two wins this weekend.
- STUFFING THE STATS—Sadie Moyer continues to score double digit points in every game of 2021. She looks to continue her magic this weekend.
- BENCH POINTS– The Pioneers bench has been integral to start the season, providing big game-impacting plays. Against Southeastern, Scout Huffman came off the bench for TWU and finished with eight points and nine rebounds. In TWU's game against East Central, Ashley Ingram provided a spark off the bench, finishing with 15 points. The Pioneers will need their bench to make an impact to close the Thanksgiving weekend 2-0.
- QUEST FOR THE BEST– Ma'K'La Woods continues her quest for moving up the list on TWU's all-time career list in points and rebounds. With 772 career points, Woods sits just 12 points from moving into 21st. Woods also has 397 rebounds, just 35 shy of moving into 10th on the all-time rebounds list.
- POINTS IN THE PAINT— The Pioneers have outscored their past two opponents in the paint. Scoring in the paint will be a difference maker for TWU on Friday and Saturday.
