DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - The Texas Woman's University Pioneer Pride dance team concluded the NCA/NDA National Championships with a fourth-place finish in the team competition on Friday.
The Pioneers turned in a team score of 86.180 to tie for fourth with Maryville, finishing behind first-place Davenport (89.840), second-place Assumption (87.260), and third-place Tarleton State (87.240).
"Our team fought hard and put out out a great performance today," said head coach
Allison Fields. "They held their own in a highly competitive division and I'm so proud of them for giving it their all."
