TWU WRESTLING FINISHES THE WEEKEND AT MISSOURI VALLEY OPEN

Marshall, Mo. (Nov. 23, 2024) – The Texas Woman's wrestling team finished their weekend of competition in the final rounds at the Missouri Valley Open, taking on competitors from across the country at one of the most competitive women's freestyle collegiate level tournaments.]

Maegan Flaherty finished with five head-to-head wins to place eighth at the Missouri Valley Open. The junior earned 15.5 total team points in the 145 weight class as she was the lone Pioneer to advance to the finals on Saturday.

The Pioneers will visit Chadron on Friday, Dec. 6, for RMAC duals against Chadron State, Adams State, and Simon Fraser.
