DENTON, Texas (Oct. 27, 2025) – The Texas Woman's volleyball team will host Texas A&M International on Tuesday, Oct. 28 at 6 p.m. in Kitty Magee Arena for its annual Dig Pink Match, raising awareness and support for breast-cancer research and survivors.

Fans are encouraged to wear pink and join the Pioneers as they rally both on the court and for the cause.

SERVE FOR A PURPOSE

This special evening will feature pink uniforms and meaningful recognition moments to honor those impacted by breast cancer. 1 in 8 women in the United States will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime. Advances in early detection and treatment methods have significantly increased breast cancer survival rates in recent years, and there are currently over 4 million breast cancer survivors in the United States. Awareness of the facts and statistics surrounding breast cancer in the United States is key in empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their health.

The match serves as a reminder of TWU's commitment to compassion and unity beyond competition. The Pioneers hope to inspire strength within their team and across the Denton community as they "serve for the cause."
