DENTON, Texas - The Texas Woman's University Department of Athletics announced Monday that HomeTown Ticketing will be its official ticketing partner beginning in the 2021-22 athletic year. The partnership transitions TWU's athletic ticketing operations to a completely digital platform that will provide fans with the ability to purchase tickets in advance and on game days in a fully secure and contactless way.

Tickets for all TWU athletic events will now be sold exclusively online at www.twuathletics.com/tickets and through the "HomeTown Fan" App, available for free on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Texas Woman's University will no longer be accepting on-site cash or credit card payments for any ticket athletic events. Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets online or through the app on their mobile devices prior to arrival, however, tickets can be purchased on the day of the event in the same fashion.

After purchasing tickets, fans will have the ability to print their purchased ticket at home, store them on the app itself or add them to their Apple Wallet or Google Pay, through the HomeTown Fan app, for quick scanning of their ticket from their mobile device upon arrival to the gate, making the entry into TWU Athletics events easier and more efficient.

TWU students can claim their individual event tickets by using their student ID number to redeem their tickets on a game-by-game basis by using their student ID as a ticket code, which will give them a discount equal to the value of one general admission ticket for each event. In sports where reserved seating is provided, the discount codes will reduce the price of a reserved seat by the amount of a general admission ticket.

At the present time, faculty and staff wishing to attend events should register at twuathletics.com/FacultyAndStaff for a unique ticket redemption code.

Pioneer Club members will be emailed a unique code that will redeem general admission tickets in the same fashion.
