DENTON, Texas (Jan. 27, 2026) - As the Texas Woman's STUNT team prepares for the upcoming season in the Lone Star Conference, the LSC announced their 2026 STUNT Athletes to Watch, with three Pioneers earning preseason recognition.

Brooke Speights, Maddie Boren, and junior tumbler Alicia Kenney were selected to represent Texas Woman's on the preseason list.

Speights, a graduate student flyer and tumbler from Gainesville, Texas, brings strength and confidence to the Pioneers' lineup and continues to be a consistent contributor across the mat.

"Brooke brings strength and confidence as a flyer and is looking strong in all areas," said Head Coach Leslie Allen. "She is contributing in all four quarters and bringing consistency to every routine."

Boren, a junior base and tumbler from San Marcos, Texas, has taken on an expanded role this season, providing versatility in multiple stunt groupings.

"Maddie is playing a big role in many different positions on the mat," Allen said. "She is a strong and versatile athlete who contributes in all partner stunts and pyramids."

Kenney, a junior from Frisco, Texas, has elevated her impact by stepping into additional stunting responsibilities while continuing to lead in jumps and tumbling.

"Alicia has stepped into a stunting role while continuing to lead in jumps and tumbling," Allen added. "She is serving as a base and mid this year, in addition to being our top elite tumbler."

With a blend of experience, versatility, and consistency, the Pioneers enter the new season poised for another strong showing in Lone Star Conference competition.
