TWU STUNT ADDS SIX TO YEAR TWO ROSTER

DENTON, Texas (March 23, 2022) – The Texas Woman's STUNT team continues to grow their second year roster, as head coach Jasmine Owens announced the signing of six athletes to her 2022-23 team.

"I am excited to add six more talented athletes to the program for year number two," TWU head coach Owens said. "They'll help us continue to shine in tumbling and will help elevate our stunting and tumbling skills to compete on a higher level in season two. Most importantly, they are ready to help build more of our Pioneer STUNT Legacy."

From Gainesville, Texas, Carolanne Condie joins the Pioneer squad after participating in multiple sports in high school. Condie, who attended Gainesville High School, competed in cheer for seven years, powerlifting for four years, golf for two years and track and field for one year.

In 2020, 2021 and 2022, Condie received All-State honors in power lifting after winning the Regional Championship during those three years.

Another multi-sport athlete, Grace Giles is a native of Palestine, Texas and attended Frankston High School. Giles said she has loved cheerleading since she was a little girl and she especially enjoys the technical aspects of stunts and routines.

In high school, Giles played volleyball, track and tennis for one year. She also played softball for two years. For the entirety of her high school career, she competed in power lifting, cheer and band.

Katy Limoges will join the Pioneer STUNT team from Saint Charles, Missouri. Limoges has competed in All-Star Cheerleading with Cheer St. Louis for 13 years and also cheered for her high school, Francis Howell, for three years.

During her time in All-Star Cheerleading, Limoges helped lead her team to a fourth-place finish at the 2019 Cheerleading Worlds and a fifth-place finish at the 2018 Cheerleading Worlds.

A native of El Paso, Texas, Stephanie Porter said she is so excited to join the Pioneer family. Porter competed in high school cheerleading for four years at Burges High School and was named a two-time All-American.

From Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Aiyannah Oliver joins the Pioneer squad as an experienced gymnast, bringing her unique skill set to the sport of STUNT. Oliver competed in gymnastics for eight years with Bartlesville Gymnastics Club. As a level eight gymnast, Oliver placed first in all her events at regionals and finished with an all-around score of 38.000 to finish 15th overall at regionals.

Finally, Allison Schneider brings a multi-sport mindset to TWU STUNT as well. From Lexington, Texas, Schneider competed in track for three years, tennis for four years and cheer for four years at Lexington High School. During her high school career, Schneider was named a UCA All-American and won third place in district for tennis.

TWU STUNT finished their first season of competition on Saturday, March 19 and will look forward to their second year of competition in Spring 2023.
