SPRINGFIELD, Missouri (March 24, 2023) – In a weekend road trip to Springfield, Missouri, Texas Woman's STUNT will go head-to-head in their final tournament of the regular season.
 
On Saturday, March 25, the Pioneers will face Drury University at 4 p.m., followed by Missouri Baptist at 7:00 p.m. To close out the tournament, Sunday, March 26, at 10 a.m. the Pioneers will face off against Maryville.
 
The Pioneers are 5-6 on the season after splitting a pair of games on March 18, in a loss to St. Mary's, 12-7 and a win to UT Tyler, 17-8.
 
This will be the first time the Pioneers compete against Drury, who are now 3-3 for the season.
 
In their last meeting against the Spartans, the Pioneers rose victorious in a 15-13 battle on March 3, 2023.
 
In their inaugural season, TWU competed against Maryville on March 19, 2022, in their final game of the season only to be defeated 21-4.
 
The Pioneers are looking to improve their record and continue to tally points in all four quarters.
