DENTON, Texas (Sept. 26 2023) – Soccer is back at Pioneer Soccer Park this Wednesday, Sept. 27 at 7 p.m. as the Texas Woman's soccer team takes on Oklahoma Christian. The Pioneers look to get another three points against the Eagles tomorrow night. 

TWU (6-1-1, 1-1) comes from adding three points against St Edward's with a 2-0 result. Two goals from Giselle Gutierrez gave the Pioneers the win on Saturday afternoon. Last Wednesday, OC (4-0-2, 0-0-1) tied against West Texas A&M 1-1 with a goal from the sophomore Raquel Fanelli. The Eagles are undefeated this season.

The Pioneers and the Eagles have faced each other on six occasions, which TWU won all six. Four out of those six games have ended in a 4-0 result for the Pioneers. In 2015, TWU beat OC 4-1 in Oklahoma City.
